Re-growing a Christmas tree farm.
Sundance Farm began around the time our country was born. The original structure built by colonials stands today, surrounded by newer additions — and the ever-bearing land. Today the farm is a serene and scenic mix of fields and woods on 160+ acres, with lots of growing hand-sheared Christmas Trees.
We are thrilled to share Sundance Farm's great history and working hard to re-establish a selection of Christmas trees. Since 2017 we've planted thousands of seedlings — including balsam, frasier, concolor, scotch pine and korean-balsam hybrids. It takes about 7-10 years for a seedling to grow to a marketable size.
Our farm was featured on the HGTV series “We Bought the Farm,” which documented the search that led us to Sundance Farm, in season 2, episode 4: “Live Free or Buy in New England.”
